Being convinced about the interest that you have in developing a Romanian-German cooperation according to your specific area of activity, we assume that A-7.DE SERVICES as our Integrated Business Assistance Company is able to become in the next future a reliable partner for your projects in Romania. Therefore we allow us to give you here below a short presentation of our service concept in order to provide some information for a possible further cooperation.
A-7.DE SERVICES is a double based service company in Germany (Berlin) and Romania (Galati), offering a complete interdisciplinary pack of services, based on the expertise and know-how of a specialists team (Romanian and German) and other external partners, having a large and a solid background in different Ro and Ger business areas.
In a brief order, our integrated assistance is provided in 9 main areas:
1. Research of our clients’ goals, needs and resources
2. SWOT1 Analysis of the 3 main business components - capital, techniques and human resources
1 S=Strengthness, W=Weakness, O=Opportunities, T=Threats
3. Concept of different alternatives for approaching the defined goals
4. Evaluation by specific feasibility studies of the chosen alternative
5. Planning in the different areas like infrastructure, machinery layout, building, logistics, budget, costs, etc.
6. Documentation by intermediate and final reports, databases, project procedures, handbooks, protocols, schedules, etc.
7. Implementation of the project on site by accompanying all along of the execution duration
8. Operational supervision for a predefined period
9. Control by Audit of the success key-ratios and audit reports.
By all these interdisciplinary means, our declared goal is to provide to our clients a complete pack of integrated assistance in order to assure a global view of the project with a complete treatment of the internal success factors in harmony with a realistic integration in the external factors of Romanian business environment conditions.
Using a dynamic philosophy of our presence next to our clients, we are able to be their only one interlocutor in Germany, in order to save their time and resources in the preliminary approach of the project and also to be the one on-site actor representing their interests and goals in relationship with Romanian partners, authorities and other local actors. Our global concept is defined by a flexible adaptation to our clients expectations, a full respect of their orders and a realistic analysis and information on the Romanian specificities - ones which are still sometimes important key questions troubling the strategic decisions.
