The District-Court of Hamburg stated in its decision of 12. May 1998, that a link made in a webpage to a external page makes the originator of said link reliable for the content of linked site or page.

This is only excludable - so the court - in case of a written statement from the originator of the link, that the originator does distances from the content of the linked sites or pages respectively.

Therefore we give the following statement:

We have linked on our page some sites to external pages or sites. We emphasize herewith for all given links, that we did not have any influence to the design or content of these sites or pages.
